These Terms and Conditions “Terms” govern your use of our website and services related to booking accommodations at our villa property in Lonavala, Maharashtra, India. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
1. Booking Policy
All bookings must be made through our website or authorized booking platforms.
A booking is only confirmed after we receive the required advance payment.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
2. Payment Policy
Full payment of booking amount is required to confirm the booking online.
Payments can be made via list accepted payment methods – UPI, credit card, debit card bank transfer, etc.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the advance payment..
Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the advance payment.
Cancellations made within 2 days of check-in or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
- Once refund is processed it will be credited in bank account within 5-7 business working days
4. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in: From 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
You’ll need to let the property know in advance what time you’ll arrive.Check-out: From 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must provide valid government-issued ID at check-in.
The property must be used for residential purposes only. Loud music, parties, or any unlawful activities are not permitted.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
6. House Rules
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
Pets are not allowed.
Please maintain cleanliness and respect the property and neighborhood.
7. Liability Disclaimer
While we strive to ensure your safety and comfort, we are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your stay.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8. Privacy Policy

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
